Im trying to cut down on sodium so that i can carry less water. What is an ideal amount that i should shoot for???

Also, I was wondering how to remove sodium from say, tunafish. If I boil it, can i remove a large percentage???
 
they sell lower sodium tuna.

any meats (protein) will have sodium, its just a fact. But im sure some is lower in sodium than others.

how much sodium are you taking in per day right now? And are you on cycle with any androgens like test?
 
Nope, im totally off. Plan on staying off till sept. Just trying to shred and was thinking about cutting my sodium intake.

I dont really know what my intake is yet. Just wondering what i should shoot for. What do the pro's do??
 
sometimes taking in more water will help you flush out more water. Sounds weird but
some people swear by it.
 
damn... i already drink a ton of water. For some reason, i think i carry more water than most people.
 
i sweat worse than anyone, probably cause I do drink alot of water. Kinda sucks though, I sweat like the fat guy in the room.
 
i mostly don't cut my sodium levels until i'm really lean... if i'm too dry, my lifts are down and i don't want that when cutting.

me 2 bro and it gets worse when i'm on.

omg man i know. I was at work the other day i had 12 20 oz. bottles of water 2 powerades and two glasses of water at lunch. I didnt piss all day in 10 hours lol. Came home and continued to drink water and i finally kinda cought up or i was pissing reg. by 10 or 11 haha. I hate my job and i hate the way my body sweats that much i get dehydrated easy as hell.
