How much water do you guys drink on average per day? And is it pure
water or other drinks? What about sodium intake? Do you even bother
watching or limiting sodium intake? Im trying to put on a few lbs.

i try to not eat crazy high foods in sodium. Was over at my sis's the other day and she cooked a tv dinner of some kind and it had like 1,200 mg's of sodium lol crazy. Hell subway sandwiches are usually 1200 or more for a footlong.

Water i drink 1.5 gallons or so. Hell i refill my water bottle twice at least when in the gym then my shake is usually 20 oz. after wards made with water. If i dont drink alot of water i dont feel as good though.

I try to get at the very least a gallon. If I don't the creatine drys me out horribly. Sodium is hard to watch in the south. We have tony's seasoning on everything and it is pretty rough. I have been doing better with sodium intake, and notice when I do I look way less bloated.

ive been getting about a gallon which isnt much considering i am a heavy construction laborer and do alot of sweating. would like to be getting 2 gal down but dont. and my sodium sucks i put a little salt on my tuna and on my steak and chicken. so mine is preaty high.

I take in a little over 2gal of water everyday, but I also take in a shit load of salt. I've come to believe that we are much more active than the normal everyday person and that we need much more sodium. I use sea salt and I salt all of my meals and even protein shakes. I started doing this a few months ago and figured I would hold a shit ton of water. I did for a day or two, but that was it. On a keto diet, all the fat and sodium is what keeps your muscles full. I don't think any of us should be limiting our sodium intake at all. That's what makes you retain water when you eat something high in sodium one day. You end up blowing up and conclude sodium makes you retain water, when it's just that your body isn't used to processing that much sodium.
