my wife uses (25mg E) (400mg C) & (80mg A)

if u cant get ephedrine and sich, i can send u a box for her to try out

one time a day bro but when she was getting ready for a show she would do 2 or 3 stacks a day but ur wife should be fine with one stack u8nless she has a realy long day then i would suggest 1 soon as she wakes up without any food and then another about 8 hours later with a meal, and do not take a stack past 7pm if u need to fall asleep by 11pm
