I have tried several things to help here but the truth is my left arm is 17inches and I just measured my left is more than half an inch smaller. I am planning on running Igf at the end of the week and plan on applying to that side only. Any other suggestions?

so you have 2 left sides? lol's just kiddin bro. Try the IGF for sure my left lat is a little behind my right havent figured it out yet. Bump for some help. for ya

IGF is a good bet there, and for your exercises, try to do only one-armed exercises so your bigger arm doesn't compensate for your smaller one.

igf works well for site enhancement. If you apply the inner and outer, you should be able to rotate enough to avoid inflamation.

Good catch I have two left feet not arms lol. I do single arm movements on all my bicep work. The only movement I do with a barbell is close grips for tris. I do dips as well and know I probably do compensate on those. I am gonna start igf around friday I think. We will see.

I have this problem as well. Even on single arm movements, my left arm reaches exhaustion and my right arm always has 3-4 more reps. How do I fix that?

I would think that just about everyone has some sort of imbalance even if it doesn't show as a size difference because one side is dominant and used all the time. My biceps are pretty much the same size yet my left bicep will fatigue much sooner than my right. The really funny thing is that this is reversed for my triceps--explain that one, eh? I've heard different remedies to fix the imbalance going from using one-arm exercises to skipping training on the stronger, dominant side. You kind of have to find what works for you.
