Woke up feeling like crap today ...arrrggghhhh!!!

Well I didnt feel to hot last night after finshing up my workout...and now im at work feeling pretty crappy now...I dont think its really to much just a nasty cold (and today is the worst of it) so I might take today off or just do a lighter workout...Sucks, cause my workouts have been killer as of late, but I could be tad overtrained or my CNS is a tad fried...What do you guys take to keep sickness away ???
 
At first sign, I've been taking stuff like Airborne to try to zap the cold before it starts. Seems to help. Then I also take a week off training if necessary.
