Reverse Crunches and increase in waist size.

I am just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else. I don't know if it is redistribution of the fat I had or if it was just that the reverse crunches actually made my mid section thicker. I was doing them for 5 sets of 25 every other day with crunches for the last two weeks just to mix things up. I had a set routine I did for a while but I was hoping to be speedo ready by the end of May. I cant even joke like that. That would be a crime against humanity. LOL. Anyway, my pants seem tighter in the waist but my weight hasn't gone up. Is this my imagination?

Building up your ab muscles can indeed increase your waist size. If you know it's from exercise, I wouldn't worry about it.

Im pretty sure it is. LOL. Its not weight gain. The only problem I have is all my pants are skin tight in the waist. LOL
