You see these terms thrown around a lot, and just like anything I'm sure everyone has a slightly different interpretation of just what it means, so I'd like to see what you guys think about it.
When I see "Low" xxxxx diet I think around .25-.5g per pound of that macro.
When I see "Moderate" xxxxx diet I think around 1g per pound of that macro.
When I see "High" xxxxx diet I think around 1.5-2g per pound of that macro.
Who agrees, or feels differently? Do you think the numbers for "Low" change depending on which macro you're referring to? Is "Low" fat a different ratio than "Low" carb?
Just some food for thought. No pun intended
