I've always believed in a simple saying "Cheap, Fast, Quality, pick two". So after hearing the rave reviews of MC's IGF I decided to order some. After seeing the deal on price I expected to wait a bit. Presser was awesome in replying to my emails as to the status. Big plus in my book. You can't put a price on customer service. Ordered 7/2. Got an email a couple days ago saying my 2nd bottle had shipped..... wait... I hadn't gotten the first. I didn't mention it as I'm sure Presser has things under control. Get home today and there is a package at the door.... finally!!! I'm excited!!! I ever so delicately open the package and see that the IGF is packaged with the ice pack, so I carefully seperate them and... out onto the counter comes some liquid. I'm a little scared, but I think "IGF is in acetic acid so if this isn't acidic, I'm good". Nope, it was very acidic. I'm freaken out now, taking pics and emailing Presser, totally distraught! Then I look closer at the IGF bottle... looks fine, I touch it and turn it right side up and it looks like 1cc. I squeeze the ice pack and more liquid comes pouring out. Its good!! The IGF is good!! I sent Presser an apology and I'll start tonight since bottle 2 should be here in a couple days. Talk about a scare!!

And before I could even finish writing this Presser responded to my email saying that I didn't need to worry, he would reship the whole order free of charge!!! No one can top that for customer care!!! I of course told him that the bottle turned out to be fine as I'm not going to be a piece of crap, but damn Presser, you are the man!!

Press, operates like a person with true integrity should. This site is chock full of a good family of members. Its my fav site to post on, and everyone is always helpful. I have yet to run the MC IGF, but I will run it soon also, the kudo's it gets from everyone is good. I look forward to it, but Press has to hand deliver it to me.....LOL

after a long wait mine did not arrive after a bit of time i emailed the presser and then went on me hols got back last week,
he then sent me a email this morning sayin its in the post.
not only is this a good site for info but the people on here are cool.
im a member of other sites and man they bitch some times u just wana chuck em a bone.

Hey Guys,
for the newer guys on the site...Let me tell you that Presser is a stand up guy...He comes threw everytime, and if he isnt quick enough then he makes up for it next time was special pricing or extra goodies...A top notch guy in my book...MC is the best there is !!!
