Heinz Senior IFBB Pro 9 weeks Out Leg Workout

This is part of the triset of my leg workout, 7 reps of Squat fallowed by 15 reps on Leg Presses and 25 reps on the Leg Extensions. This Triset was repeated 3 times with NO REST between sets. The 3 sets of 25 reps at the Leg Curl and 3 sets on the Hiper extensions. The trainer's name is Daniel Cerrini, he is been helping me for about 20 weeks and making my workouts different and over the limits.

its kind of funny how we all make that same face and wiggle like little girls afterwards
