Have a quick question for yall. Normally I eat around 3000 calories at 142lbs since im bulking with test should I just add say 500 calories to that or eat for what i want my target weight to be?
ok heres a quick run down this is what I started eating about 2~3 weeks ago for my size I need around 2556 calories.

Sounds good I was planning on going 5k for the run but ran into some money problems I have a grocery list made out that equals around 3-3.5k already and now that I have the money issue under control im going to crank up my cals to 4.5-5k and see where it takes me just dont want to get to damn fat haha.
