Diet Update - 6 weeks out !!!

Ok guys here is what im eating now

Mon - Wends - Fri

Meal 1 - 15 egg whites
Meal 2-3 - 8oz. Lean Ground Turkey (97%)
Meal 4 - 8oz. tuna w/ 1 cup brown rice (pre workout)
Meal 5 - 15 egg whites
Meal 6 - 8oz. Lean Ground Turkey (97%)

Tues - Thurs - Sun

Meal 1 -3 - 8oz. lean ground beef (97%)
Meal 4 - 7oz. lean ground beef (97%) w/ 1 cup brown rice (pre workout)
Meal 5 -6 - 7oz. lean ground beef (97%)

Sat

Cheat day all day long

Cardio is at 75 mins per day - 40 mins morning, 35 mins post workout

training is 6 days a week - split body up 6 ways...

It is because you are a genetic freak!!!
Nice diet bro, I wish to have a cheat day, I just have a cheat meal every 15 days, but I have more carbs in my diet, protein in almost the same.
