Just wanted to give a shoot out to GabeCamp at the Anytime Fitness we train at...In the past 3 weeks he has serious grown and put on some solid muscle...He really looked impressive in the gym today...Hopefully by this winter I can talk him into doing the state show...He has some potential to bodybuild...

he will be a competive bodybuilder by next year...Trust me, he has the drive and trains his ass off...I think when I get to work with him next year, he could do some damage on the stage...HINT, HINT GABE - !!!

I know all of you are waiting to see me with my shirt off, so I guess I can post a before and 3 week in pic. Doing a mass cycle right now (havoc/tren). Progress pics are alright, had a stomach virus so I look a little flat.

I wieghed 211 when I started and wiegh 225 as of yesterday. Gonna have Chris take my final pics. Those pics should be pretty impressive.

well I hope doug (the anytime fitness owner) lets your son sign up in the gym so we dont lose ya there...

Yea, me to. He's such a dick. On my way to Ft. Madison. Might do legs at anytime. I don't know. This hole deal just has me bummed out. I was the first person to sign up there, not to mention all the business I have brought him.

whats up brother ... how was training yesterday at 24-7 ? We all missed ya, at anytime yesterday..It was really quiet ..>LOL !!!!
