A new way to do DC Rack Chins

ive used a similar technique. i'll use a smith or squat rack and set the bar about chest high. then grab the bar and put my feet way out in front of it. kinda like assisted pullups.
 
Interesting. I wonder how much rotating the wrist changes the exercise.
 
I found racked chins to be very effective and a good change from the usual weighted pullups that I do. Its also really allows a deep stretch on the eccentric and no body swinging with your feet way infront. I do racked chins weighted with a a 25 lb plate in my lap.. I love to do racked pullups and regular weighted pull ups back to back.. :)
