Random Question

So I have come up with some random questions that I would love some input on...Keep in mind Im not trying to go pro, I just want to look good and feel better..I've been in the gym everyday now for a couple of weeks and just want to clean up where I can...

Drinks
1. I dont drink anything carbonated, I have a huge fear that this leads to a "beer gut" and I try to avoid anything carbonated. I instead drink Lemon Lime Gatorade everyday, is there any "real" value to drinking this? or a better alternative?....btw I hate water..

2. I love having a 20oz Latte (coffee) in the morning, the caffine helps me get going and it usually makes me hit the bathroom... any good or bad with drinking coffee?

3. Alcohol - I rarely drink but when I do its usually red bull & a top shelf vodka or blueberry vodka and cranberry. What do you guys drink?

Shots
1. I can usually give myself a shot in the ass with no problems but this morning I noticed that I didnt get the needle all the way in and when I left the bathroom there was a couple of drops of blood on the floor...this happen to anyone else??....its never happend to me before...
 
everything you drink has carbs in it (minus the vodka). So, yeah... if your trying to cut, you might want to give water another shot.

Sounds like you might have hit some scar tissue... Blood happens, Yes, i've done that....
 
agreed with norm but the vodka turns into sugar alcohol once in the body so yes it turns into carbs as well, drinking will hinder your goals do so in very little or in moderation.
on the shot you probably just got some scar tissue or a small vein no worries.
try drinking black coffee if you like the taste much better then a latte.
gatorade has alot of sugar and carbs in it. Try drinking water with crystal lite added it tastes pretty good. I love water so never had this problem.

i usually have just straight up coffee in da morn...... and as for gatorade it FULL of sugar (HFCS), the only time ill drink it is offseason during crazy workouts, so for example today for shoulders and legs :)

as for the blood it possible you hit some scar tissue or nxt time just try to leave the pin in alittle longer for better absorbation. did a small lump form ? if so you DEF hit scar tissue.
