My recent success

I would like to post my recent success over the past 5 months. Over the past years I could never seem to get above 170 no matter what! Well 5 months ago I started eating like Jay Cutler, fish, chicken, rice (white and brown), oatmeal, and sometimes red meat. Well 5 months ago i was 160, I just weighed in at 190 tonight. Guys in the gym are starting to look smaller, i guess cause im getting bigger. And more and more people keep coming up to me talking while im trying to workout. Anyways just wanted to share cause im proud of my progress.:thumbsup:

You could say its the deca(275mg)/week+sust(250mg)/wk, but im taking really low mgs just trying to maintain....so i dont think thats it

I really dont monitor my food intake. I eat when im hungry and thats about it. Here are what my meals look like.. limiting but you get used to it..

Breakfast/Afternoon Snack/Dinner/before bed:
1 Baked chkn breast or Fish/1 cup white or brown rice or Sweet Potato with cinnamon or oatmeal with cinnamon

Lunch:
I usually eat at a buffet.
Sushi (no sauce)/Baked Chicken/white rice/boiled shrimp/fish (I eat till Im stuffed)

I cheat every now and then and make some hot wings for extra calories.

Thats about it..

Thats when I have made my gains - when I concentrate on my diet. Mabey thats why they say diet is so important! lol
Now you have to figure out how to back people off when you are in the middle of a workout. Congrats bro.
