Just good ole plain hard work is hard to beat

To the closest estimation I can get I have put in nearly 60 miles on the treadmill in 11 days. I am about to finish part two in about ten minutes. I have dropped 8 pounds of which some was water of course. I would say I have lost some muscle as well but I am almost sure I spotted my abs for the first time in a long time tonight. My plan is to do this for one solid month to see the outcome. My goal is to run a 6 minute mile by the end point and yes I am doing interval training which consists of 3.5 mph at 5 degrees for half a mile (heart rate around 115) or so, and then a quarter at 7 mph this week and bumping up to 8 next week.
 
Im have come to the conclusion that I want to finally do whatever it takes to get lean. I am up to around 6 miles on avg per day and a 3 day workout program. I did 1200 calories of cardio today. I am not exaggerating at all. It was kinda odd to see the calorie counter roll over.
