Dios mio, your bod is slammin'!! Outstanding job, you are tone as hell. You will be kicking major ass at the Arnold. I commend you on your blatant dedication and the best of luck out there. I wanna hear some tales of the complete domination over your peers. 4 weeks out, hell, I can't wait to see what you look like at contest. Wow!!!!!

I'M CRANKY AS ALL heck...but trying to keep my cool...lol.... i like my carbs !!!!!
down to 9 percent body fat... so not going to loose anymore fat.. just goin to try and maintain what I have and cut my sodium out on the last day before the show.. I'm knowin for coming in too ripped for bikini, so going to take it easy this time...
basically we will see what happens.. i'm psyched either way... they have expended the bikini division into 3 classes instead of 2 which was the original plan... since the amount of competitors in "TALL" CLASS is appearantly ridiculous... so there will be a medium class added.. which gives the competitors more opportunity to place... HOORAY!
