So did you agree with the placing at the Arnold?

Im asking because my video was pretty grainy at best. Greene looked smoother in the night to me personally. I would have given it to Heath personally. I didn't realize how short warren was either. Hes what? 5' 6"

He's 5foot 5.5" tall.. and PER CAPITA has more muscle mass than anyone else on that stage.. HEIGHT/MUSCLE MASS comparison.. (I think.. or close to it.. ) ..

And No, I do not agree with the Placing.. IMO.. 1.Heath, 2. Dex, 3. Branch, 4. Kai ..

IMO, Kai won because of his WINGS.. other than that.. he looked kinda soft and holding some water IMO.. but I am not a judge so who am I to say. He is bigger and better than me, so I shouldn't be complaining.. but in the reality of it.. Phil Heath deserved that win.

Oh well.. Kai can revel in his glory.. It's not like he'll win the MR.O anyways..

Nah .. we all have our favorites.. Mine is Branch Warren, but i knew he wouldn't take it.. I was hopeful but the competition was stiff..

and don't get me wrong... I LOVE KAI.. I just don't think he won. Well HE DID WIN.. but.. hell you know what I mean.

This is what my score card reads

I like a lot of other people felt Phil should have taken first, but this sort of thing happens all the time in shows. The judges see something different than everyone else. Phil's time will come, and it will be that much better in spite of what happened at the Arnold. I don't know if I saw dexter beating out Kai though. Kai's conditioning was as good as dexters, and dexter doesn't have the mass that kai does. Two completely different physiques and I see the judging moving away from Dexters. Once Phil gets dialed in and some of the other pros get in better shape I don't really see dexter being all that competitive. Where does he go from here? He tried to put on more size but sacrificed the conditioning he is known for. As much as I like Branch he is in the same position, I don't see him being able to bring anything more to his physique, he can come in crazy conditioned but so can everyone else.

Hopefully Dennis Wolf can get back to where he needs to be and and be competitive. You also have someone like Evan centopani that will be a threat in the years coming up, him and zach khan.

It was good to see Ronnie place as well as he did, unfortunately he won't be placing much higher than he is now. He has a great physique with great symmetry but he doesn't have the frame to carry the kind of mass he needs to place higher.

I was surprised how soft the figure girls were. When I trained for figure last year I got effin ripped.

I dont think Kai should have won at all I think in my eyes branch edged out dex in some areas. Heath should have clearly won to me.

I know, ugh, that's why I'm switching to BB, I get really lean and super ripped with my coach's help really easily and I love being that lean. I got ripped down to 8% with just 20 minutes walking uphill on the treadmill. It was all diet and I loved it. Body building instead of figure is proving to be way more rewarding as far as training goes anyways.
