I'm not going to compete until next year so I've really got some time to get in my best possible shape. Given my genetically weak chest development, I have a bit of an idea. I'm thinking of adding 1 1/2 in to my biceps and roughly the same to my calves via Syntherol use (done it in the calves before and gained a ton of tissue). During this time I will be on low dose test and anabolics. Then 30 weeks out do a 16 week bulker of 3g of test with 70mcg of IGF. Then a four week easy period where I switch to anabolics and propionate. Then I have 10 weeks to really fine tune what I have and get as dense and dry as possible.
Precontest choices will be
Test Propionate
Winstrol
Ananvar
Tren
Masteron
Primo
I'm thinking of a 500mg a week base of Primo with 700mg of prop to start, slowly replacing the test with anabolics. Proviron throughout. Compounds will change depending on how my friend advises. He will also help me get more of a show worthy routine. Not too many better than Marcus Haley IMO.
Ideas?
 
well i can only tell ya how I would do it, i would run test prop, tren ace, and winny , I would drop the prop about 10-14 days out, and i run the tren ace and winny straighht through the show, kept me hard, and lean and full. in my opinion that combo is by far the best to run.

I never messed with any halotest but would have liked to try it, im a natualr lean guy so i didnt need any diurectics, but if u do use them what will ya use
 
Sounds exciting dude, hope you take plenty of progress pics and maybe start a log would be awesome to read about your experiences.
 
I like the test prop, oral winny, tren A with masteron...Proviron the last couple of weeks...(100mg per day)

I'm really hoping the added bicep size will help to hide my under developed chest in most poses. A few more inches on the calves I think will really draw attention to my legs too which are well developed.

My chest didn't start to grow until I began DC training. Just a thought.

Quick Prop ?

Why do you all drop Prop a week out? Water rentention?

I've been doing DC training since July of last year and made huge improvements in that time, but my chest still lags considerably. The added bicep mass will hopefully create a thicker "illusion" as the biceps will draw more attention and the thicker calves will hopefully draw more attention to my legs. I also apply IGF to my chest preferentially.

OK, it seems you shoulders and arms may be getting the most stimulation during your chest training. I'm sure you've tried to isolate your chest with certain movements, thumbs off the bar, etc. You should probably talk to Dante and show him the pic's.

Ya mostly shoulders and arms. I've since started doing a pre exhaust for pecs before any compound movement. Moneys tight right now, but I would love to hire him in the near future.

I found a couple. I'll have CH3N02 post them. I got 1st in light heavies, but it wasn't a big show. Lakeland or Hurricane Bay, I don't remember which, I did both. First was a warm up. They were 1 week apart. I dieted for 4 weeks.

thats still cool brutha! big show little show, it doesnt matter, what matters to me is seeing guys get up there and do their thing! So im gonna hound ya til i see the pics,lol

Yeah, he didn't throw in the rear lat spread. That was the best one. Looking at them even I can't believe I was that skinny!!
