Losing weight

Alright guys I thought igot to a all time low in weight at 233. Well I start working again, eating a alot and working out again. Then I step on the scale and it said 229. I don't bust my ass at work, so I don't know what it is. Hoping my test and deca will turn things around.
 
try to make sure your eating the same amount everyday. IF your diet is all over the place, expect your weight to do the same.
 
yeah get a set diet and follow it to a T...once you know what your body is doing with certain amounts of food, and what type of foods..then its much easier to make adjustments...
 
You know, I find that easy to do during the week, but on the weekend is where it gets crazy for me. I think maybe if I can get that in check I'll finally start getting somewhere fast(er).
