Duuuuuude, do guys seriously take every opportunity to scratch their balls like this? Now I'm gonna be thinking about that everytime I pick up a dumbbell or touch a bar! Ewwww.

I hate when people try to say dont do barbell curls on the power rack. Then where else do you fucking do them? Come do arms with me and Ill show you why you need it

amen.. ive heard assholes say straddle the flat bench and do them, keeps your form. fuck you im using the rack, lol

No disrespect intended to you at all, I just find for me the hammer chest machines are useless, I find that it only involves Triceps, do you ever feel like that? And again, I couldn't do that weight so take this as a compliment, to me you are doing 8 plates of close grip IMO!!!!!

Keep up the hard work and keep the vids and pics coming :)

Yea, I only do these as a finisher when my chest is already pre-exausted. If I were to start with these I would just be moving weight but I would not be feeling it in my chest. Maybe a structural thing or just bad form in my case though.

I had to watch it again, missed it the first time. He does have a little tug-of-war going on there at the start of the video.
 
That better be a bad set or at the end of his session for Justin Harris

He has always been way way stronger then this, does anyone know why he would only be getting this for 12 nowadays???
