ok so here is diet for winter.. i plan on doing this for 3 months or so, maybe alittle more. any opinions would be great. trying to stay somewhat lean and not blob out lol. i might have a cheat meal here and ther but 90% of the timei WILL be on track
meal 1- 1 1/2 cups of oats, 60 grams whey
meal 2- 8 oz meat, 2 cups brown rice
meal 3- 8 oz meat, 2 cups brown rice
meal 4- (about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs pre workout) 60 grams whey, 2 bananas, 2 tbsp peanutbutter
meal 5- (Post workout) 60 grams whey, 60 grams waxy maize, 1 banana
meal 6- 10 egg whites with 4 yolks, 6oz broc, a few tbsp of peanutbutter
im trying to keep protein at 360 and carbs at 400.. but after i added up these carbs im only at 360 or so.
i am 6'2 , and normally about 220-230 pretty solid... do you think i need to up the carbs to put the weight on i need? if so how i could possibily have a few pieces of whole grain toast or yams through out the day
