meal 1- 1 1/2 cups of oats, 60 grams whey
meal 2- 8 oz meat, 2 cups brown rice
meal 3- 8 oz meat, 2 cups brown rice
meal 4- (about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs pre workout) 60 grams whey, 2 bananas, 2 tbsp peanutbutter
meal 5- (Post workout) 60 grams whey, 60 grams waxy maize, 1 banana
meal 6- 10 egg whites with 4 yolks, 6oz broc, a few tbsp of peanutbutter

im trying to keep protein at 360 and carbs at 400.. but after i added up these carbs im only at 360 or so.

i am 6'2 , and normally about 220-230 pretty solid... do you think i need to up the carbs to put the weight on i need? if so how i could possibily have a few pieces of whole grain toast or yams through out the day

My suggestion would be to eat more than once a day. :D

Ok, there we go, it looks much better now....As far as yams go, I used to take 3 yams and smash them up, mix in some water and vanilla protein powder and make it into a pancake batter and make basically protein pancakes. You could always just throw in a cup of green beans or broccoli for some added carbs too.

I make it easy on the yams- I use the baby food jars( the bigger ones).

For bread, arnolds makes a double protein bread that's loaded with fiber and protein and ezekiel bread isn't too bad...

for bulking, that doesnt look at all like enough food/calotie intake for someone who weighs 225-230. I couldn't put weight on with that now, and im around 200.
