I do sets of 8. I put my hands in a fist and put my left fist to my right delt and right fist to my left front delt then lower the weight until my knees touch my elbows and go back up. I go heavy as hell though, I won't do less than 8 45# plates and 2 100# plates on each side and go from there
Usually go to failure but not becuase I'm gased my knees begin to hurt really bad so I have been doing about 70% weight and just push out as many as I can which may only be 8-10 reps but I may do 10 sets.
