do your feet grow with size?

After high school I was a size 10, tried on a new pair today(same kind I always wear) and now Im 11 1/2.

Now if I can only get my dick to grow with my shoe size I would be ok. lol

my shoe size hasnt really changed since i was 20 or so.... even with gh ive stayed the same

Nope bro. I went from an 11 to a 12.5 in the last couple years. Its because your arches are compressing because of the added weight you are supporting. It takes time but your tendons are stretching and adjusting to keep you stable. I asked an ortho.

i remember when I was growing up, I would get those pains and my parents were like "those are just growing pains". I always thought it was a bullshit answer.

but rarely, I still experience this feeling. I think "growing pains" is exactly what it is. You're growing.

My feet grew half a size each the first two months I was on blue tops, its permanent size as well

I don't know if they're growing from size or GH, but I've noticed my feet are wider for sure "hopefully just swelling" but it also seems like the tips of my toes are now touching the fronts of my shoes where they didn't before.

has anyone noticed this effect from igf or ghrp products?

ive never seen someone mention feet and hand growth except with gh use. apparently nothing beats the real thing? of course some would consider that a side effect.
