Im currently using dark matter with added BCAA, Glutamine, and creatine.

but I dont think dark matter works any better than my "old" pwo shake of dextrose and whey isolate.
and dark matter is expensive for doing nothing more than my cheap old pwo shake.

I use 2 1/2 scoops of Syntha 6, 2 Tablespoons of dextrose, and 5g of arginine.

I mix 2 scoops WPI with 1.5 scoops Gatorade powder. Works out to about 50g protein, 100g dextrose.

I do a pre and intra workout shake but nothing pwo

1.5 scoops ON Platinum Hydro Whey with ~3 tablespoons honey. This is all in water btw. When I'm not utilizing humalog I wouldn't hesitate to put this all in milk, it's just as you all know fats while running insulin, (especially on top of fast-acting carbs) is a serious no no.

How do you like Anarchy? I've tried the Fruit Punch and I really liked it!

1 cup milk
1 cup chocolate milk
2 scoops milk iso
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbs peanut better (not healthy kind)
sometimes a banana as well. Makes a huge shake, usually pound it down with 3 servings of cereal and sometimes a cup of chocolate milk after. Turns out to something like 1400 cals depending on how I Do it!

Muscle milk two scoops in milk. Nature valley granola and something with super high glycemic carbs. Usually popsicles I won't lie.

Because I was watching my carb intake, ive been using 3 scoops of GNC wheybolic in 10oz unsweetened soy milk. I train from 1-130 and once my pump is gone I look real flat. Today for the first time in weeks I added 2 scoops of wheybolic in low fat nestle quik and 3 hours later the veins in my right bicep are still poking out.. I guess high glycemic carbs post is the way to go!
