Hey guys Im in the need for a proper pct plan...
This would be my first cycle. I decided il only be using test.
0.5cc of sust250 EOD... This should work out to 375-500ml a week depending on which week it will be.. I was thinking this would be ample for a first cycle.
What I'm havnt trouble with is pct. I'm not sure if it's cos I'm from Aus. But noone seems to do or know shit about pct here. What would be a good pct plan for this light cycle. I'm planing on running it for 10-12 weeks.
Stats: 27yrs old. Been training for 10yrs, 6'3 220pounds about 15%bodyfat (thats just an estimate)
