Chain Training

Any of you guys use chain training in your routines, meaning that you actually use weighted chains on the ends of your bench press and squats and as you lower the weight, its not as heavy, and when you are the top of the repetition, you have the additional weight of the chains in full...
 
No, never used chains, but have used power bands many times. I've always wanted to use chains, especially when I was powerlifting
