Back pain..

Anyone ever have spasms in there traps? I've had a lot of them lately and someone recommended a chiro, I used to go to one, but it's been a long time...Not sure if this would help

If its just spasms, I think a good hard massage on them would do the trick. Gotta get deep on them.

My girl gets the same thing and uses a golf ball or baseball to use pressure against the spasm, I tried that and it's uncomfortable as hell, but it works for her. I've been having her find the spasm and put pressure on it until it breaks up, but they keep coming back everyday, so I wasn't sure if the chiro could get them from reoccurring
