Hard cutting

Dude its getting really tough at this point. I have been on around 1800 cals for nearly 3 months now. 6 miles on the tread a day and 4 days of weights. Diet is really in check. No cokes anymore either. These last few pounds are killing me. I have done several refeeds and noticed that seemed to help kick things back in high gear. Any helpful ideas to get rid of that last little bit of ab and love handle fat?
 
I know your metabolism is slower/endomorphic.

but you are plateauing hard, and no surprise on 1800cal a day. You need more refeeds. When I get below 2500cal/day I have to refeed at least 2, maybe 3 times per week or I lose muscle and store what little fat I have left. Refeeds don't mean cheats though.
 
could be many things..

give me an outline of your diet, and cardio program..more detailed the better
