Going to the St.Louis Pro Show this weekend !!!

Well Sarah, Mike Ross and I will be attending the St.Louis Pro show this weekend. Its only a Pro biniki and Figure show, but there is a NPC show to. So it should be pretty good. There is some bigger names in the bikini and figure show competing. Sarah wants to see the binki pro's to give her some thing to shoot for...

should be a good time....

My friend Rich is competing in the NPC part of that show... there's also a separate model search happening in addition to the NPC and IFBB show. It's supposed to be a pretty big deal. It sounds like the Titones went through alot to make it a great experience for the athletes. Take pics, and have a great time!!

Have fun at the show and definitely get us some pics or videos with that new camera!!!

we are here now...got into st.louis last night...stayed outside of st.louis up in the wentzville area until saturday morning..sarah and I ate when we got in around 7 pm then at 9 pm trained at a anytime fitness...did some hams and calfs..sarah did cardio and abs...just waiting on mike now to get off the flight, then head on down to the show...

very cool.
