Just adding in carbs today and cutting water a bit. Took one Dyazide. Here's a few of me as soon as I got into the room. I'm getting harder, dryer, and fuller each hour.

Everything is tomorrow. I have to get up and make my steak, eggs, and pancakes, put on another coat of Jan Tana and be there at 8am for weigh ins. Prejudging starts at 10am. Night show is at 6pm

I'm going to try to get some pics up. I'm super dry and shredded, but very depleted, but I've got great separation. I'm dying of thirst. I weighed 198 so I made light heavy. That was a bit of a shock

Dude just finished pre judging. I can honestly say his class of light heavies was the hardest of ANY NPC show I've ever been to. 19 competitors in the class.
