Who’s the BEST FROM THE FRONT? All of the top Olympia contenders are here: Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Kai Greene, Dennis Wolf, Victor Martinez, Ronny Rockel, and Jackson. Check them all out below in the front double biceps and front lat spread poses, then place your vote for the best!

It looks like someone just placed Kai's head on his body in the front lat spread pose

cutler and wolf. Wolf has crazy chest conditioning in the front bicep pose. cutler has the width.

I like the flare of Wolf's lats in the front double bicep, but I love the size of Jay's legs from the front, so he got my vote.

I went with Phil just because his symmetry is incedible
