body fat percentage and gear?

What does body fat percentage have to do with how well your gear works. If u have a higher body fat does ur body not absorb the gear as well
 
too much body fat may mean your hormones are out of wack, Low Testosterone and high estrogen. So taking Test, may just get your levels back to where they need to be, in a normal range. And you wont get the "bang" from it, as some one else who does have normal levels to start with.
 
Body fat and gear=high blood pressure and lethargy..just my opinion based on research i have looked into. heres why stored body over the already healthy limit probably means higher cholesterol levels, which (most)gear does affect and also increases BP in the process. So you could be raising your BP and cholesterol levels. It also has a lethargic affect on some who have higher body fat but could also be helpful as using it for fuel..this all depends on what kind and how much and what the level of BF is, but most of this can be found anywhere you look in regards to most gear. A person shouldnt really be doing gear if they are overweight, i would diet and discipline first to lose some fat before I did any gear so its 1. not wasted, 2. you can eat cleaner and gain more muscle thats visible, 3. keep sides at a healthy level, 4. get used to the excercise and diet before using it. Its not a miracle supplement and most who ask should do the above first.
 
yea im 25. i use to be real flabby i was 250lb with 25% body fat. i got into the gym hardcore a couple years ago. now im about 240 with 17% body fat. Im still goin but its a process. i have changed my whole look from where i was to where i am now but i know i still have a long way to go but im dedicated. oh and im 6 ft. and i have had blood work done before i started the gear and i am perfectly healthy.
 
I was asking because I feel ya, I was 25 when i started feeling and looking that way, to much beer and partying..lol Hit up your cardio in the morning or no more than 30 minutes after a workout. I did this for 2 months and went down to 12 from 19% and its gotten even lower over the years. That was a while back though for me. If you need any advice there are some educated bros here to help and you can use the searc forum to find most of what you are seeking.

How did you come up with your bodyfat %? What method did you use?
 
To cut the BF down, it's going to be a lot of clean dieting. The cardio obviously helps, but that will only get you so far
 
Yea I've been trying to eat more clean. Less carbs less sugar no alcohol. The weekends are hard for me though cause my girl always wants to go out for dinner and drinks
 
one day a week is cool bro you need a brea just dont get really crazy with it, it will help you stick to that diet looking for forward to it every weekend.
 
You can still go out to eat and eat clean. When my girl used to drag me out to eat, I'd get a chicken breast salad with just lettuce and chicken and some fat free dressing. It was a nice change without killing my diet
 
Your girl must go to places other than taco bell and and all that. Mine used to go to DQ and taco bell alot but still stay thin...i never understood
 
This one does, my last girl would eat fast food all day long and was maybe 115 pounds. She drank like a damn fish too, but it's all catching up on her now as of the last time I saw pics
 
lol, we wont go there. Honestly bro I cant eat alot of fast food, eating so clean for so long when I do it feels like I drank the grease from a fryer in wendys or something and fucks me all up stomach and all. Its a nice break but discovered half my daily calories are in a large blizzard...look it up no shit. heres what I like if I do eat there.
Large cookie dough blizzard about 1300 calores, and a half pound flamethrower grill burger about 1180 calories. I eat 3000 -3500 clean calories a day..
My girl used to eat this almost everyday and is still thin, makes me wonder if shes on something else.
 
I know right! I had my blood checked the other day and went in for a physical today my BP was 115/65 and heart rate was 58 but they said my cholesterol needs to come down 8 points to be normal. Im at 12% bodyfat measured by this crazy water test and a caliper machine (electronic) and my cholest was high what gives? So my advice is even if you think your doing good get it checked often. I dont think gear had anything to do with it and I asked the doc he stated that gear will not adhere to BF but will raise chol especially test based ones.
So to answer your question if your using test based then lower your bf first then your good most others help use the bf as energy and burn it off with good diet and excercise.
