Found some pics other pics of FitSarah, from last months show. Even though she didnt place where she wanted. I was still pretty happy with her look. Overall, she needed about 2 more weeks of dieting to look as lean as the judges wanted her to look, for this show. Most NPC show's I think she wouldve been fine, but here they wanted leaner girls.

For now, after the first of the year. She is going to start her diet for the state show, in bikini. She wants to give it one more go, before going back to figure. Her weight for this last show was 112lbs. Im thinking she needs to lose about another 4-5lbs to have the look of the girls that won. But, then again its going to be a different set of judges at the state show. So its all a guessing game really...Fustrated !!!

She is a knockout for sure, Chris.

I don't see anything wrong with her, but I guess that's why I could never be a judge for bikini or figure. I think they all look great and have a very hard time seeing any flaws with them

like u said chris, different judges mean different standards, so its all relative brutha, especialy in this bikini division, the girls just have to come in the best shape they know how and hope they got the judges that their physique appeals. I think Sarah looks great bro! Best of luck in her next show@!

There is no way I could compete as a woman in the NPC, I mean how the hell can you train for a look, when the judges dont even know what they want. I fell sorry for the women who compete in the NPC.

^^^That's the damn truth, one show it's this and the next show it's that. It's far too inconsistent with the women, especially with the bikini and figure
