cool, i wasnt sure this is what we needed but it seems to be the stuff you see on the average blood panel i think ,lol

Question .. My creatinine level was 1.8. Dr tells me I now need to see kidney specialist.. I did . Asked if taking creatine supplements will throw off test cause I thought I had read it before and thot I read there's a specific test when on creatine to see correct levels. Dr tells me to cool it on the creatine but damm. You read everywhere its no stress in kidneys..any help or advice other than listen to the dr ? Thanks

when you got your blood work done, when was the last time you worked out? I've heard that if you work out 24-48 hrs before blood work it will throw off the creatinine levels

Worked out the day before each time and one time hours before.. Lol . F'n Drs. should tell or ask if someone works out
And how much . Kidney Dr told me not enuf studies done , it's a possibility it raised the levels etc and pretty much said drop the creatine or kidneys may possibly fail earlier etc . I'm 46 now so I quit for a while now back on it . Any one have feelings on best creatine or type that is the shit? Appreciate the advice for an old skooler. Also does a buffered creatine work better at not converting to creatinine waste and better for kidneys like some supplement companies promote ?

This is very helpful brotha!! I recently had Blood Work done and my IGF1 level was at 84 and the doc compared me to a 70yr old man (Im only 31). I'm doing HGH rejuvenation now but my question is i just received MC IGF1 will the MC IGF1 bust my levels faster taking it along w the HGH? Thanks in advance!!

This is a handy reference. It would be great to add 'optimal' ranges for men to some of those things. For example the optimal range for men for estradiol is 20-30 pg/mL (1)

It would be cool to have similar ranges for other appropriate components tested.
