Nolvadex

I know lots of BB take pre contest to help dry out and show more striations. How far out do you all take it and what dosage?

Personally I add Nolvadex in precontest just for the fuck of it. I use Adex and Proviron at least the last 4 weeks and do Letro the last few days or so.

20 mgs a day 5 weeks out.

i only add it in the final 10 days or so...20mg, 20mg, 30mg, 30mg,40mg, 40mg, 50mg, 50mg,60mg, 60mg

proviron is added in the final 4 weeks out...50mg to start, then 75mg, then 100mg the final 2 weeks

arimdex the final week is .5mg ED (last 7 days)

sometimes I think this is overkill, but it better to be safe than sorry
