From what I've seen from others on different sites most dose it at .25 to .5 EOD or every two days. Most won't go to Prami or Caber until prolactin sides get bad (leaking nipples without squeezing them) because the sides from the drugs can be rough for some ie. strange thoughts, crazy dreams, and insomnia. Prolactin can be controlled to a degree with P-5-P (Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) the coenzyme form of vitamin B6 this I believe allows for larger dosages with nerve damage. I do have personal experience with p-5-p to combat prolactin sides. I will run it at 300mg's/ED split into 3 doses. This dose has even gotten rid of some mild leaking in 7 to 10 days for me but it's always best to run from start to finish as a preventative. Another otc prolactin fighter is 1-carboxy, I don't remember the dose but I think it's 1/2 - 1 teaspoon before bed.
