I'm doing more research about Syntherol . If i were to use it on my bi's and tri's should I also be applying IGF-1 on them too or should I wait till after the fascia is stretched (towards the end ) to apply it ?

I personally wouldn't use them in the same area at the same time

thats an interesting question...I would like to know what would be correct to..

If I recall correctly, Syntherol usage has been shown to increase IGF in the area due to the stretching of the fascia.

meaning what? theirs no need to apply igf in the same area due to syntherol raising natural levels by itself.??

And I dont see how thats even possible to be honest.

I could be off, but I remember that something becomes elevated by the stretched fascia. Now that I think more about it, it may be a raised level of prostaglandin's.
