33 days til vacay..

Any last minute suggestions welcome. I weigh 200lbs even, and the Omron BF machine (i know i know) says 15.9% after a 16oz cup of coffee. My goal is to lean out a bit while keeping my size and strength. Here's what I've got going right now..

Training

Monday- Shoulders- 30min post workout cardio
Tuesday- AM cardio empty stomach w/ fat burner PM Biceps w/ 30 min post workout cardio
Wednesday- Chest- 30min post workout cardio
Thursday- AM cardio empty stomach w/fat burner PM Back/Side Delts w 30min Post workout cardio
Friday- Triceps- 30min post workout cardio
Saturday- Legs (reg leg stuff or Kettle Bells lower body routine switch every other week)
Sunday- Cardio/ Abs

Stuff

Wednesday/Saturday 1cc Omnadren 250
Monday-Friday 50mg Winstrol (all i got to last me to vacation)

Diet

Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat- 350g protein,<60 carbs, 30-50g fat
Wednesday- 300g protein,>400g carbs, 50-75g fat
Sunday- 300g protein,<100 carbs, 30-50g fat

you got 10 lbs left, if you lost 10lbs then you would have definition. You are an endo meso with the classical fat jacket of the upper body. Fret not you are close the last 10lbs is always the hardest but most enjoyable because its when the definition comes out
 
BigWV it started at 17.8. Today its 14.5 but Wrestlemania fucked me up yesterday lol. However while everyone else was eating pizza and subs, I had a grilled chicken ceasar salad and 5 boneless wings.. Bad but not that bad. The 40 minutes of cardio that I did at 630am this morning hopefully took care of that..

MkDK- I'm back up to 202lbs.. Must be the omnadren, but my diet is 90% clean and i'd say monday-thurs its 100% clean. Cardio twice a day everyday starting this week. I don't care what the scale says as long as my BF continues to drop on the handheld
 
Exactly, who cares what the scale says. I mean you are close. I you look good but you could look great. The last bit of fat is the hardest but most enjoyable as the definition comes out. The hand held is a joke. Just use the mirror. When you have ripped abs you will sub 10%. You gotta remember its not the intramuscular fat its the subcantaneous between the skin and the muscle that blurs the definition.
