here is my thought. Every year i look great weds thurs before the show, what did i do? Nothing, stayed on the diet and cardio/workout...then show time comes and i either nail it right on the head or i fuck it up. Why change it if its not broken
why carb deplete for a week then introduce a bunch of carbs again and shock your body. Why water load? Because people tell you to bc thats what bbers have done for years.
Times have changed, drugs have changed, methods have changed. With that being said. I will do the exact same thing as i have been doing 300g of protein per day 120g of carbs per day, i will, however, limit sodium this week. I will 'load' fri and it will just be a small one, not gonna force feed my body. It will be a straight clean carb load too, brown rice, yams, rice cakes/natty pb, none of this shit loading stuff.
Diazide 1/2 tab 3am, then another 1/2 tab 9am morning of the show.
