I started back in the gym after 4 months off recovering from a trimalleolar fracture in my right ankle after a car accident.
During my time off i was having sex like a porn star and had no problems getting it going or sustaining.... in the last several days of going back my junk hasn't been so active....I realized i was having the same issues before my wreck and when i was in the gym...my plan was 30 days back and start a cycle, so for now here is what I have been doing...
workout first thing in the morning on empty stomach
1.5 scoops of Jack3d in 8oz of water 20-30min before hitting the gym
40mcgs of IGF a day before gym.
4-6 egg whites after gym
isolate protein powder mixed in 10oz of water after gym...
the only thing I think it could be is the caffeine in the Jack3d? have any of you experienced this?....
