MB and I hooked up today over at Strouds for a back workout. I came in on business and it was nice he came so far out of his way to kick my ass for a bit. Such a nice guy!

I never get gassed on back day but the purple puke bucket looked tempting.

Stroud's is a great gym.
Not a lot of hardcore gyms left like that in Texas- most have closed or been turned into Gold's or 24 Hours Fitness gyms.
 
Look at you 2 beef buckets, ha ha! Looking good guys! I need to find me a gym like that here in Texas too, damn gym on base wont let me do dead lifts, so I do rack deads and they cant say shit, LOL!
 
JoJ was there in the morning. I kept it cool though, MB couldn't help but giggle like a school girl. JK bro.

It is not anything like my gym. Strouds is just straight to the point, enough cardio equipment and lots of good machines. It was worth the drive there.
 
Nuk, it's an awesome gym. 10 times better than metroflex!

Buffalo- you're a funny bitch. Haha. You won't squirm your way out of the hardest exercise next time!

my gym is awesome to except for the owner of the gym. he is an asshole, and doesnt like me for some reason...
