Lol does anyone here juice with veggies and fruits? Ive really gotten into healthier living and there's a ton of science behind positive effects juicing has in a body, especially the cleaning out of toxins, which as bbers we should be trying to do as much as possible! I'm going to start the day after my shows are over and I'm excited to see the effects it has on me.

Hell yeah.. U missed the post on juicers brutha.. What brand do you got? I love a good beet carrot parsley celery 10oz each morning.. It's pretty cheap when all the veggies in season too. I run a acme cetrifugal type and haven't burned it up yet in 5 yrs use.

ive never juiced......what would you recommend for a first timer?

Carrot / apple.. Celery is good it's pretty plain and full a potassium I believe. Some veggies have odd tastes that are like swamp water but all is excellent .I kinda test and try whatever ..

I used to, but since my juicer broke I haven't replaced it. I miss that thing, but I also know it cost me a small fortune to juice all the time

Damn! I just saw it. How did I miss it? I just bought a breeville. I have a garden in my back yard so I grow most everything that goes into the juice. My 4 year old son loves them too which is exactly what I want. Looking forward to starting.

That's cool.. Your son will want to feed the machine all day long I bet ! You will love it.. I tossed some kale in this morning and it's an awesome dark green.... Gonna look up what vitamins in what .. Maybe we should post for the non juicers to see what theyre missin..

It's a great way to get in some quick calories too. That may be an enticing factor to a lot of people

I've always been interested in "juicing," everything about it say's "healthy" to me...

I take it the one I see on TV is overpriced?

I'm thinking of doing a small 4 oz juice in the mornings with spinach, kale and cucumbers while I'm dieting! Very little calories and should help me with the digestion of all this food. I know it wont taste very good but i can chug it! Thoughts?

Yeah that's a good one.. Celery is another with parsley.. Parsley is a natural type stimulant and kinda wakes a person up . I usually do 8 oz celery parsley and carrot .. 1/3 of each.. I'll mix it up and use some beet or kale for digestion like u say.. Amazed what comes from parsley.. Deep green sludge .. Lol..

Dont get as seen on tv..are you talking about a vitamix? Those are good and use whole skin and even warm veggies into a soup.. Like 425$.. Hit craigslist always juicers on there. Acme 5000 is easy cleanup and diehard enclosed brushless motor.. Not sure about Brevile or others.

Hey mb97 there's a vegetable vitamin chart if you google it .. Can you post it somewhere as I'm not computer savvy.. Lol .. Or bag idea but it shows calories etc.. Thanks brutha..
