Everyone knows that your body uses food more efficiently with frequent meals, but can larger meals with less frequent feedings work as well? I ask because sometimes I sleep late and am forced to try to get my calories in with less time so I seem to focus on more calorie dense foods. It also would be nice to just have 3 big meals a day and just pack snacks as opposed to 6 or 7 meals when on vacations or out. Opinions ?
