Intermitted fasting diet?

This is when you have a clean diet then one day a week you cheat eat pizza or what not then the next day you dont eat at all for atleast 18hours including sleep time ...

...Aparently on an intermittent fast day your body releases loads of ghrelin, which is your main appetite stimulating hormone...and when this occurs the advantage is massive growth hormone release...energy levels go through the roof plus mental focus is awesome.Structuring your fast day after a cheat day works extremely well because LEPTIN levels will be high after the influx of calories on your cheat day

Anyone done this sort of diet and if so how were you results? was it easy to not eat?
 
That's pretty interesting man! I've never heard of anything like tgat. Where we're you reading about it?

Nope but it sounds cool
 
Does this have anything to do with a rare term called "caloric bounce" where you speed things up (including bulking and cutting) by alternating high and low calories on a regular basis?
