Digestion Issues

It's been a few weeks since I've been having issues with my stomach. I've always had heart burn but it's gotten a little bit worse but what has me scratching my head is that it seems that I'm not digesting my food fast enough or at all. Yesterday was the worst issue, it literally looked like I had a soccer ball in my gut after my first meal and I only ate 3 times and mostly force feeding.

I don't eat greens at all, I just never incorporated them into my diet. I went to Whole Foods and picked up some sample packets of Greens Drinks and some Naked greens juice that is for digestion and I feel a lot better this morning.

One thing that was different yesterday was eating oatmeal instead of cream of wheat or some gluten free type oatmeal. And yesterday I was out of my Ezeliel toast and gluten free oat and feel a lot better but I wonder if that is from adding the greens drinks yesterday.

Anyone any advice or experience with this.

I use to get bloated a lot and then realized it was from not going to bathroom enough, so I started eaiting different and voila, im regular again! I know thats a little different then what your describing but i think it all comes down to changing your diet to help alleviate whatever issues your having.

I'm pretty regular, bout 4 times a day:)

I'm hoping to see some change with these greens but will probably break down and get juicer.

dam i go once a day! but i dont eat much at all, i dont think in all my life ive ever shit 4 times in one day,lol

That is crazy. I have digestive enzymes, but for the life of me I can't remember to take them. It seems that protein powders and any kind of supplement mess me up a little. I've just been eating what I want and trying to eat more meat and its worked really well for me

Well those greens samples worked a lot. Going to go pick up the actual tub at Whole Foods for about $50. I saw Controlled Labs sells a greens drink for a lot less but I doubt it's the same quality. Went looking at juicers yesterday, wow they are expensive.

A buddy at the gym mentioned that maybe Be cause im eating basically the same exact meals that I may be giving myself food sensitivities. I'll try rotating proteins surfed around more an see if that helps.
