[h=2]Ashley LeBlanc Wins Iowa Pro 2012[/h][h=3]Crystal Green is Runner Up[/h]With only two Pro Bikini shows before the close of the 2012 season, the stakes were high in Iowa at the Iowa Pro Bikini Championships. Ten ladies showed up to vie for the title, but only one could walk away firmly Olympia Qualified.
Ashley LeBlanc, Nicole Moneer, and Lacey DeLuca all came into the show toward the top of the point standings. No one was surprised when they were in the final callout, along with Crystal Green. Crystal has only been a pro for one week, having turned pro last week at Nationals.
In the end, Ashley brought the most complete look to the stage, with the stage presence to match. She has never finished outside of the top five since earning her IFBB Pro Card at Junior Nationals this year, but this marks her first of potentially many wins in her career.
Crystal Green certainly made her mark at this, her pro debut. She wasted no time going from Nationals straight to her first show, and nabbed a second place award for her efforts. Lacey DeLuca came in third, and will have to settle for a bump up in the point standings, as will Nicole Moneer, who finished fourth. Gigi Amurao rounded out the top five. This was only GiGi’s second pro show, and she now has two top five finishes.
Now the season comes down to one remaining show, and we’ll have to wait a few weeks to see how that unfolds at the Miami Pro World Bikini, Fitness, and Figure Championships. But in the mean time, you can see compete photos and results from the Iowa Pro Bikini here:
