Trying to gain some weight with a proper diet...

I know that this is always my weakness and I have a hard time gorging myself and force feeding myself, but I'm going to try this. How do you guys get started on this? I know you get used to it and your body eventually NEEDS the food, but are there any tips the bigger guys can give to get started? I'm going to try to put together a meal plan because I know that'll help keep me on track, but we'll see what happens.

Right now I'm barely eating enough to maintain because I'm constantly busy at work, but it should be slowing down since Christmas is right around the corner.
 
wish i could eat more myself! I use to have my watch set to go off every 2 hours and i would make sure to eat right then and there
 
Eating earlier in the morning has helped quite a bit. Once I eat in the morning I can normally eat more throughout the day. I had a bad habit of not eating breakfast and since starting to eat it regularly I get hungry more often. Maybe not a good thing for me since I've gained 7lbs in the last few weeks eating a bunch of crap and starting to get fat. Oh well, maybe I'll just bulk and then lose it later.
 
start by writing everything down and at the end of the day, figure up what you are really eating, and how much of protein, carbs, sugars, fats, etc.. you are actually eating.. Put it on paper.

That actually makes a lot more sense. I guess then you can exactly see where the problem is
