Has anyone done this?

I do my own version of this as I dont eat as much food on the weekends and only have about 3 real meals a day and notice i dont lose any weight and my stomach tightens up decently.

I feel like i get bloated during the week eating all my scheduled food and on the weekends that tends to go away.

If i am trying to put on weight i eat full bore during the week and still just kind of eat when i want on the weekends and find it keeps my waist in check.
 
I do something similiar. My meals on work days are planned. On days off I just eat what I want when I want. I may eat twice or 7 times. I just eat as I want. I can't say that it's helping me get lean though Lol!
 
I did it for a week. Was great. Eat at 12pm stop at 7pm. My BP was down my whole system felt better. Couldn't stay with it cause I fucking love me some breakfast. I think it's Legit and great way to help your blood test.
