Foam Rollers

I bought a cheap roller from wal-mart and man does it hurt on the IT bands (side of the leg) it doesnt really do much for my back though, i am thinking about getting a rumble roller.

I got one to that I keep at the house. It hurts. never tried the mud tire looking one, lol

I need to get one of these. On my last trip to my Dr for back shots, my Dr said I had bad spasms all throughout my hips

they hurt the first couple of times. you are supposed to sit still on the painful parts until the "knots" dissipate. It's a myofascial release type thing

I got the 36'' foam roller without the knobs... works great at massage and cracking back... a chiropractor called it "chirojaculating" , since it kind of adjusts your mid back, I guess??
